Looking for freelance developers to tender for overflow of client work.

Position would suit freelance web developer with the following skill set:

Trainee Coldfusion developer
Looking an independent individual to undertake casual Coldfusion development work as and when required but ongoing in Nottingham.
On job training and guidance provided for the right candidate. Applicant must be either knowledgeable in one other serverside language or have some previous experience with Coldfusion. Previous IIS server experience would be considered a bonus.
An eye for clean modern design and attention for detail is an important requirement, also must be able to work independently without supervision on low level work such as CSS/xhtml.
Position would suit student nearing end of a Degree looking for good industry portfolio work.
